2022 Nonresidential
Compliance Forms

- NRCA fillable forms ending in F
must be completed by a field technician.
- NRCA forms ending in A will need
to be completed by a Certified Acceptance Test Technician (ATT) through the

- NRCV forms must be completed

Acceptance Test Technician Certification Providers
The
California Energy Commission’s (CEC) approved Acceptance Test Technician
Certification Providers (ATTCP) train, certify, and oversee the technicians and
their employers.
The following ATTCPs have been approved
by the CEC to provide training, certification, and oversight functions for
Acceptance Test Technicians (ATTs). They also maintain ATT contact information
and current certification status. As of July 2014, the acceptance testing for
lighting controls requires a certified ATT. To become an ATT, hire an ATT, or
verify certification, use the provider links below.
